Unlike other personal trainers we here at Rick's Training strive to empower our clients with the knowledge and truth that correct nutrition choices are one of the most, if  not the most important key to being successful in reaching any of their goals. What you eat, yes we said eat, everyday truly does contribute more to your fat loss and overall health than your "output" during any type of exercise.

At Rick's we are dedicated to teaching you how to make all of your hard work, effort and food choices count by keeping you motivated with your daily food choices and consistent with all your weight training workouts.
